Kadiann R. Clarke is an island girl who hails from the vibrant city of Kingston, Jamaica. That, however, is only the beginning of her story.... She migrated to South Florida, almost ten years ago seeking out a new life for herself and her family. She remembers well the transition pains of moving to a new country ahead of her husband with a very limited support network in a strange city. Every day was a new experience of navigating unfamiliar systems and platforms, but she persevered. She made a home, built relationships, and even started a business. Her vision in founding M2E was that no immigrant would have to struggle to transition to a new life, but that they would thrive and be able to make a positive impact where they are and also back home.
Kadiann is a well-rounded professional businesswoman, holding a four-year degree in Tourism Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing. She has over 15 years of international and local experience, covering areas in customer service, standards & operating procedures, systems auditing, business development & facilitation and accounting. Her most prized possessions are her relationships, where she serves as a friend, daughter, sister, wife, and boss mom! She loves to assist entrepreneurs with developing their side hustle into a business that serves the community.
